Harry Stathis
Principal

Harry is a graduate of the University of New England where he undertook a Bachelor of Economics degree with a major in Accountancy. He then completed his Bachelor of Laws at The University of Melbourne. He was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Victoria on the 3rd March 1980, and on the 12th March 1982 was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Harry has practised continuously either in partnership or in his own right, as a solicitor since admission, and has a wide range of experience in many aspects of law

He has held numerous committee, trustee and directorship positions, and brings to you a wide range of experience in the field of law

Penny Fleming
Penny completed her Bachelor of Social Science on the 14th April 1999 and on the 21st April 2001 she graduated with a Bachelor of Laws with Merit. Both of these degrees were obtained from the University of Western Sydney Macarthur.

On the 15th October 2001 she was admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. This was a happy occasion for both her and Harry Stathis as he Moved her admission before the full court of the Supreme Court.

Penny first started working at HC Stathis and Co while still a student at Macarthur and brings to the firm a wide range of experience in many facets of the law but especially Litigation and compensation Law

Sue Draper
Sue is also a Paralegal and again has a wealth of experience having worked in the legal industry for most of her career.

She has gained experience in this firm and a number of other suburban practices. Sue has vast experience in most areas of the law. Besides assisting Harry Stathis, she assists Penny Fleming in Litigation and Compensation Law
