Should you wish us to prepare your Will, kindly provide the following information for each person:

We will prepare your draft Will in accordance with your instructions however we may need to telephone you to discuss those instructions.

Once your Will has been completed, we will contact you in order to arrange an appointment for the execution of your Will.

We advise that our fees are $150.00 plus GST for each Will which includes all attendances necessary to finalise your Will.

Power of Attorney

Should you wish us to prepare your Power of Attorney, kindly provide the following information for each person:
